SIOUX CITY, Iowa (June 8, 2021) — The undergraduate Class of 2021 marked the final class graduating from Morningside College before the institution officially became Morningside University on June 1.
Among the members of the graduating class were Abigail Dulin of Okoboji, Iowa, who received of bachelor of arts degree, and Ashley Boer of Rock Rapids, Iowa, who received a bachelor of science degree and graduated magna cum laude.
STORM LAKE, Iowa — More than 200 students graduated in the spring of 2021 from Buena Vista University.
Among the students who graduated were Abby Schneekloth of Jackson, who received a bachelor of science degree in biology, and Easton Bahr of Jackson, who received a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education.
ST. CLOUD — St. Cloud State University has announced the names of more than 1,100 students whose academic achievement placed them on the 2021 spring semester dean’s list. To be eligible for the honor, students must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Among those on the list are Molly Hansen of Magnolia, an athletic training major in the School of Health and Human Services, and Elias Gomez Marroquin of Worthington, a software engineering major in the College of Science and Engineering.
IOWA CITY, Iowa — More than 1,000 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa named to the president’s list for the 2021 spring semester, and more than were named to the dean’s list.
In order to be included on the president’s list, a student must have a minimum 4.0 grade-point average (4.0 is an A) in all academic subjects for the fall 2020 semester, and a minimum of nine graded hours with a 4.0 grade-point average (4.0 is an A) in all academic subjects for the spring 2021 semester. Dean’s list students must have a 3.5 or higher GPA on nine semester hours or more of UI graded coursework
Zachary Springer of Rock Rapids, Iowa, a third-year political science major in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, earned recognition on the president’s list. Students from the region making the dean’s list included:

WINONA — Winona State University has announced its dean’s list for spring semester 2021. To be named, a student must be an undergraduate enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours for a grade) and achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.5.
Among the students named to the list was Logan Huisman of Worthington.
MOORHEAD — Six southwest Minnesota students have been named to the Minnesota State University Moorhead dean’s list in recognition of academic achievement spring semester 2021. Students must maintain a 3.25 or higher grade point average and carry 12 graded credits to qualify for the honor.
Students making the dean’s list include: Heron Lake: Haley Unke, a project management major. Luverne: Wyatt Vansteenberg, a business administration major. Okabena: Winter Sievert, an entertainment industries and technology major. Pipestone: Chloe Lear, an elementary inclusive education major. Windom: Grace Becker, a social work major.
